."The Devil's Advocate"

Recently watched again the movie, "The Devil's Advocate" starring Al Pacino and Keanu Reeves that was more intense and profound than I recalled even though I've always said it's one of my favorite films. How complex and amazing it is! During these times of division and turmoil is vulnerability to "other" influences. Being aware of motivation and need for discernment is paramount.

 

A recent dream of a turtle prompted this significant message defined via IA:

·         Slow down: 

If you are feeling overwhelmed, the turtle's energy encourages you to take a step back, be more present, and take things one step at a time. 

·         Protect yourself: 

It can be a sign to guard your emotional energy and create necessary boundaries for your own well-being. 

·         Trust your instincts: 

The turtle's ancient nature suggests a connection to ancient wisdom. You are encouraged to trust your own deep knowledge and instincts about how to build the life you want.

Thanksgiving Vampire Feast – always Ready for Seconds

Thanksgiving is usually a gathering day of relatives and friends and a time to share bounty. It’s common to go back for seconds and leftovers and “just one more” taste of something delicious. Even when satiated the desire to indulge easily supersedes reason other than being easy, available and kind of expected – just one more piece of pie because it’s delicious and it’s right there for the taking. Herds flock to rivers and wildlife raids gardens that is the natural order of nature. Humankind, homo-sapiens are a different breed of being and are not all the same as a species. A psychopath marches to its own drummer and impulses are different. Most who’ve been stalked and left damaged by one of those beings know well the results and have kept or are striving to keep them away. Interesting in vampire lore is that a vampire needs an invitation to enter ones home and through guile and magnetism are often welcomed. They may be predators intent on destruction of the physical kind or they may be psychic vampires intent on draining ones life force and variations of abuse is usually not clearly defined as gas-lighting is common. The stories and cases of their predation and victims are abundant with a lot of facts unknown or overlooked as encounters seem surreal already. A factor to consider is that even if a boundary is set and they’ve been ousted they are tenacious and on a type of automatic compulsion which is that they will return if allowed. Thoughts of how could they is rational and yet, there they are, willing and ready to go back for a rerun of the past. The lack of shame or feelings of guilt is part of their boldness and the desire to indulge is part of their nature just as being thirsty and hungry. 

They usually have a pack of supporters which are those who’ve been ‘bitten’ and therefore contaminated entities willing to assist the psycho/predator/vampire (henceforth known as PV) as part of their own kind of feeding,  ala parasitical beings needy of identity so flock to a source of greater strength. That’s another chapter for another time. For now it’s good to know that the PV may try to return at anytime without any thought of the past and try to reengage for round two, indulging in seconds. There’s no end to their willingness to return again and again. Even a simple meeting for lunch or casual encounter is a potential ticket for them to engage as if nothing before ever happened. It’s in the best interest of the victim not to invite them to Thanksgiving as it’s a feast for them regardless of good intentions and ideas of generosity in good faith. The invitation is the open door to be victimized again and the Thanksgiving feast is the victim who’s feasted upon. Many often think they should ‘forgive’ and allow the PV another chance. A chance at what and why? The victim would do better to transform from victim to self-champion entitled to a good life – literally. A PV may prey upon your good nature, be intent on theft, or any type of societal, social or moral crime.

The Keys to Your Kingdom - Not a Good Idea

It isn’t that some therapists and soothsayers go rogue, alhough they certainly can – some go into the fields with that built-in pathology.

The photo depicts evil offering therapy to his greatest victim – a psychopath willing to do anything to serve the ruler of darkness. All too many are all too willing to do that for favors and a magical ride through life leaving victims along the way. Such is the manipulative and morally corrupt therapist and pseudo soothsayers. Be aware of how you feel when they’ve gotten into your life and honor questioning why you feel uneasy about being with them – not because you’re working through your issues but personally something doesn’t feel right. Boundaries for them are supposed to be part of their work ethic and criteria. That’s so for most professions although in these areas clients invest a deep kind of trust and can be harmed in an especially painful way. The unsavory in those fields are a special kind of stalker with cruel motives. 

First, honor your gut feeling if you feel something is off and the idea that they’re wrong but mean well isn’t an excuse to let them slide. Take time to independently evaluate how you feel and thoroughly review your first encounter and how that went and all subsequent interactions and list, for yourself, how you’ve felt all along and assess how you feel right now as you ponder their intention. Those ill-fated therapists and soothsayers have special ways to manipulate and get their claws in because they have tools to dive deep under the guise of their professional status. 

Understanding, professionalism, and knowing are different things.

The illicit will use, among other techniques something called mirroring and you can easily learn about that. In the realm of dark practitioners the method is used to breach your need to be in a safe environment and with someone you can trust so they create a false sense of camaraderie. They “know” how you feel and might even share their own similar experience that in itself is wrong since you’re in their company for you and not them. They appear to be empathizing but are incapable of empathy. You get the idea and taking time to go within and sort out what’s really happening can save a lot of agony. Seek someone legitimate and knowledgable and most of all integrity. 

There are Many Stories Throughout the World of The Flood

A great movie about Noah and the ark is, “Noah” starring Russell Crowe. The idea of such a movie seemed impossible to me and maybe rite but it was very well done. There was a scene onboard where the animals were sleeping, having been rendered so through an herbal concoction to put them in stasis. Some years ago I watched a play performed, written and directed by Native Americans which was their story of a great flood and giants that had descended to earth and overtaking everything.

Segue to another movie of being compelled to follow something greater.

The idea of a person, Noah, being compelled to follow the impulse of a great awareness, bigger them him and sacred is akin to the movie, “Close Encounters of the Third Kind” written by Steven Spielberg and starring Richard Dreyfuss. The movie speaks of a driving force of faith leading to something profound. It’s not just another UFO movie – it carries a message.
